Grant Park High School Alumni Association To Enhance the Educational Experiences and Endeavors of all Grant Park High School Students |
Should you require accommodation the Delta Winnipeg Hotel is providing a special room rate
for Grant Park Alumni. The Delta Winnipeg Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to the
Winnipeg Convention Centre.
Reservations can be made by calling the Reservations Department at 1-888-311-4990, or
by fax at 1-204-943-4627 or by E-Mail at oklaric@deltahotels.com. Identify that you
are with the Grant Park High School's 50th Reunion. The special rates for the Delta
Winnipeg will be $109.00, single or double occupancy. A charge of $15.00 per additional
adult will be added up to a maximum of 4 adults per room.

| TICKET INFORMATION Please note: Tickets will not be sold at the door for any of the functions! Cheques for ticket purchases can be dropped off at the school Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. with the exception of the week ending, August 7 as the school will be closed! Tables for the gala dinner, Saturday evening may only be reserved if you are willing to buy an entire table, 10 seats per table and pay upfront for the entire table. Please submit your cheque along with a table name! We will not reserve tables any other way! Thanks for your cooperation on this matter. |

3 Day Event = $175.00
Your cancelled cheque will be your receipt as well as an email will be sent to you shortly
after we have received your cheque. Tickets will not be mailed to you! Tickets and
registration packages will be available for pick up at the school (450 Nathaniel Ave) on
Wednesday, October 7th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8th from 9:00
a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday, October 9th from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Please bring
you emailed receipt when picking up ticket packages.
Should you wish a refund on your ticket purchase, they will be available ONLY until
September 1, 2009 subject to a 20% Administration Fee.
NSF cheques will be subject to a $50.00 surcharge
